For any Brit this summer, getting out in the garden is imperative to our plans and simply one of the must do things during the year. But how do you know that your garden is on both the cusp of this year’s style whilst being as perfectly vibrant as possible?
The answer to that is to attend the Norfolk All About Gardening show run by Aztec Events which takes place on the August bank holiday weekend.
Here you can view and take tips from some of the top gardens in the world; taking place on the Norfolk Showground in Norwich, the event is a brilliant place to check out some of this season’s flower and plant options. Whether you own but the smallest plant pot or the largest plot of land in the country, you’ll be sure to be inspired at this year’s event.
With acclaimed landscape designers such as ‘Grow Gardens’ and Paul Hoffman taking part in the show, you’ll be able to take a peek at how the professionals go about their work and quite possibly gain a few insider tips whilst you’re at it!
Of course, besides everything green, there is also the outdoor shopping village that holds a marquee trading area, offering everything that you need to transform your garden into your own personal nirvana.
Once that you’re fed up of shopping, and feeling rather peckish, the Food and Drink hall should be on the top of everyone’s list as a there will be an extensive range of local and national foods; from cheese to wine and everything thereafter, be sure to check out the stalls which offer a ‘try before you buy’ option.
One thing that we often forget, that it isn’t simply just us humans who enjoy the wonders of the garden; our dogs just love to sprawl about and chase around in them too!
That’s why this year, the All About Dogs show is incorporated in the event also!
Taking place on Sunday and Monday of the bank holiday, the show entails a long list of competitions, demonstrations and games which are great for all the family – pets included!
With canine coaching and training happening throughout the event, it will be a great opportunity for you to test your dog to his or her limits with fun temptation tests as well as training agility and canine coaching sessions taking part throughout both days.
Everyone loves a competition! Also at the show will be the German Sheppard Rescue Fun Dog Show which is a great element to the programme that welcomes all dogs to be judged. Whether they win Prettiest Bitch or Scruffiest Pooch, it will sure to be a fun show for both you and your dog, regardless of who wins.
